The entry point to the Jhirna Zone is the Dhela Gate, located approximately 15 km from Ramnagar town. This zone lies in the southern part of Jim Corbett National Park and is accessible throughout the year, unlike some other zones. Once inside the gate, you travel through scenic forest trails and grasslands before reaching the core safari area of Jhirna.
Safari in Jhirna Zone is conducted via jeep safaris and is available in both morning and evening shifts. Timings vary by season as outlined below:
