Corbett Landscape Zone

The Corbett Landscape Zone is open for safari tours throughout the year. Unlike other zones, there is no restriction on the number of vehicles allowed entry. Entry permits for this zone are not issued by the Corbett National Park authority but are managed by the Forest Department. Jeep safari permits can be easily obtained from them.

This zone features the scenic Corbett Landscape forest and a famous temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Shallow brooks flow through the area, offering a peaceful and enjoyable retreat for tourists. Angling and fishing activities are permitted, making it a fun experience for nature lovers. Since visitors are allowed to explore parts of the landscape on foot, it adds a unique touch of adventure.

Bird Watching Paradise

Corbett Landscape is particularly popular among bird watchers. The area remains full of tourists, especially those interested in spotting rare bird species. Vultures, which are rarely seen in cities today, are still found here, making it an important location for bird conservation enthusiasts.

Prohibitions & Guidelines

• Consumption of alcohol and non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited.
• Please carry back all non-biodegradable waste like tin cans, plastic, glass bottles, and metal foils.
• This helps preserve the environment and ensures the safety of wildlife.
• Check safari timings for Jhirna zone as they vary between summer and winter seasons.

• Children below 5 years are allowed free of charge.
